1. Consultation

2. Fabric & Design
Tech pack, colorways & print placements
Choose from our curated fabric range or bring your own spec. Our designers and pattern engineers develop technical drawings, colorways, and print placements—ready for sampling.
3. Sample Confirmation
Stock fabric ~3 days · Custom ~15 days · Free
Send us reference images of the styles you like, plus these 4 things—we’ll handle everything else.

Review the sample, request revisions—bulk production only starts after your sign-off.
4. Bulk Production
~45 days · IQC / IPQC / FQC at every stage
Full-scale manufacturing in our owned facility with multi-stage quality control throughout.
- Fabric preparation: 10–13 days
- Print / dye fabric: 5–6 days
- Label printing & embroidery: 3–5 days
- Tech pack review: 1–2 days

5. Inspection
AQL 2.5 · Third-party audit · Footage shared same day
Every batch goes through AQL 2.5 in-house inspection, followed by an independent third-party audit. Full inspection footage is shared with you on the day it happens—before anything ships.
6. Shipment
Express · Air · Sea · DDP available
Shipping cost is calculated by weight. Three options to match your timeline and budget.
Fast, reliable, and fully trackable shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other international courier services. This option is ideal for samples, small orders, urgent replacements, or time-sensitive shipments that require quick delivery and clear tracking updates.
A balanced shipping solution that offers faster delivery than sea freight while remaining more cost-effective than express courier service. Air shipping is suitable for medium-sized orders or urgent bulk shipments where delivery speed and budget both need to be considered.
The most economical option for large-volume orders and regular bulk shipments. Sea freight is ideal when cost control is the priority and the delivery schedule is more flexible. Estimated transit time to the US is around 22 days, depending on the destination port and shipping schedule.

Everything You Need to Know Before Starting Your Custom Pajama Order
Yes, we offer ODM and OEM service. You can customize your own unique fabric, color, main label, care label, hang tag, packing, etc.
We are willing to do small orders for you, it will be our greatest pleasure to help you succeed. The MOQ is 30 pieces per size per color per style at least.
The sample is free, you only need to pay the courier fee.
We will make your own main label, care label, hang tag, poly bag and carton according to your requirements.
Our factory will inspect the bulk goods according to AQL2.5 international standards, we will send the bulk to the Japanese inspection company for inspection again, and we will send the inspection video to you on the day of inspection.
For samples:
It will take about 3 days for the fitting samples to use our stock fabric.
It will take about 15 days to make the samples with the custom fabric, labels and hang tag.
For bulk:
Bulk will take about 45 days after you confirm all the details.
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your bulk goods. Normally we use express ( Such like Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT), by air or by sea. We also have our own forwarder to arrange the shipping, they also could quote the shipping cost for you to contrast. However we could also follow your
